Role Overview

Key Responsibilities
- Develop and execute business development strategies aligned with company objectives.
- Identify new markets, clients, partnerships, and revenue opportunities.
- Conduct market research and analyze industry trends, competitors, and customer needs.
- Build relationships with clients, partners, and stakeholders, and lead negotiations, proposals, and presentations.
- Develop sales pipelines, revenue forecasts, growth plans, business cases, and strategic recommendations.
- Track business development KPIs, pipeline performance, conversion rates, and revenue results.
- Explore regional and international expansion opportunities and identify ways to increase revenue, profitability, and market share.
- Collaborate with Sales, Marketing, Finance, Operations, and Product teams.
- Lead, mentor, and motivate business development professionals while managing multiple strategic opportunities.
- Report business growth progress, market opportunities, and key risks to senior leadership.
