Overview
- Responsible for complete Operations starting from a Sales order till delivery to the customers which includes Demand Planning, Production, Ware house management, Supply Chain & Logistic.
- Develop and implement operational strategies that align with the company’s goals, ensuring sustainable growth and efficiency.
- Oversee day-to-day operations by monitoring performance metrics and adjusting processes to enhance productivity and quality.
- Lead cross-functional teams in project management, ensuring timely completion of initiatives while adhering to budget constraints.
- Improve relationship with customers with prompt ontime delivery as per their purchase orders
- Reduce customer complaint by extending excellent service to customers
