Role Description
Support daily supplier operations and coordinate between suppliers and internal business teams.
Assist with supplier communication, order coordination, documentation, data maintenance, and operational follow-up.
Help maintain reliable supply and efficient business processes.
Supplier and Order Coordination
- Coordinate supplier requests and process order-related updates.
- Follow up on confirmations, product availability, quantities, pricing, lead times, and delivery schedules.
- Monitor outstanding supplier activities and communicate updates to procurement, purchasing, inventory, logistics, and operations teams.
- Track open issues, order status, delivery status, discrepancies, and order changes.
Supplier Administration and Improvement
- Support supplier onboarding by collecting required documents and maintaining supplier profiles.
- Assist with updates to product information, commercial details, and operational requirements.
- Prepare supplier reports and organize supporting documents.
- Maintain accurate supplier data and support process improvement by identifying recurring issues.
- Ensure established procedures are followed consistently.
