Role Description
The Commercial Assistant supports daily commercial activities and coordination across sales, product, marketing, finance, and operations teams.
The role covers commercial administration, pricing, reporting, customer and product information, and business activity follow-up.
Key Responsibilities
- Prepare commercial reports and maintain pricing, product, sales, and customer information.
- Support quotations, proposals, promotional activities, presentations, and business documentation.
- Collect and organize sales, market, pricing, and product data for commercial analysis and decision-making.
- Monitor sales orders, track commercial activities, and coordinate promotional materials.
- Follow up on customer and partner requests and communicate information accurately and on time.
- Support market and competitor research and monitor commercial performance.
- Help identify pricing, sales, product, and operational issues requiring attention.
- Maintain accurate commercial data, organize documentation, and support process improvement.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent qualification in Business Administration, Marketing, Commerce, Sales, Finance, Economics, or a related discipline.
- Basic understanding of commercial operations, sales processes, pricing, customer management, and business performance.
