Role Description
The Supplier Operations Assistant is described as a full-time, on-site role based in São Paulo, SP.
The position supports day-to-day supplier operations and works with suppliers, internal stakeholders, and cross-functional teams.
Supplier Operations
- Maintain supplier records and process documentation.
- Assist with supplier compliance checks.
- Monitor service levels and track operational metrics.
- Help resolve supplier-related issues with internal teams.
- Communicate with suppliers and internal stakeholders to ensure accurate information flow and timely responses.
- Contribute to process improvements.
Reporting and Administration
- Support the Operations Management team with reporting and administrative tasks.
- Help maintain efficient supplier workflows and operational processes.
Qualifications
- Strong operations and operations-management skills are required.
- Analytical skills are needed to review data, identify trends, and support supplier-performance decisions.
- Communication and customer-service skills are needed for professional interaction with suppliers and internal teams.
