Role Description
Support the smooth and efficient operation of daily business activities through administrative coordination and accurate information management.
Work closely with internal teams to keep operational processes organized, timely, and aligned with business requirements.
Key Responsibilities
- Support day-to-day business operations and administrative activities.
- Coordinate tasks and information across departments for smooth workflow and timely follow-up.
- Maintain accurate records, databases, reports, documents, and operational information.
- Prepare business reports, presentations, summaries, and performance updates.
- Monitor processes, schedules, requests, and outstanding tasks.
- Identify process gaps, operational issues, and improvement opportunities.
- Coordinate internal meetings, prepare materials, and follow up on action items.
- Support internal and external stakeholder communication when required.
- Assist with purchase requests, invoices, documentation, and other operational processes.
- Organize operational records and support process and workflow improvements.
- Handle ad hoc administrative and operational tasks supporting business objectives.
