Role Description
Support the planning and management of product assortments so products, categories, and quantities align with customer demand and business objectives.
Assist with assortment analysis, product data management, inventory planning, reporting, and coordination across commercial and operations teams.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain product assortment plans based on business requirements and customer demand.
- Analyze sales performance, inventory levels, product trends, and category performance.
- Maintain product, category, pricing, and assortment data across relevant systems.
- Support product selection, assortment updates, launches, discontinuations, and seasonal planning.
- Monitor stock availability and identify overstock, understock, and assortment gaps.
- Prepare assortment reports, sales summaries, inventory analyses, and planning presentations.
- Support product lists, range reviews, assortment recommendations, and product performance tracking.
- Coordinate with merchandising, buying, inventory, sales, and operations teams to implement plans accurately.
- Support promotional, seasonal, and new product planning activities.
- Maintain accurate documentation, support data-driven commercial decisions, and contribute to process improvements.
