Responsibilities
- Source and vet new suppliers across UAE, KSA, and GCC
- Personally secure competitive pricing and terms through negotiation
- Onboard suppliers onto METIS platform end to end
- Manage creation and quality of supplier catalogs
- Expand network coverage and depth across the region
- Manage supplier relationships and act as main point of contact
- Use AI to accelerate supplier discovery, data enrichment, catalog building, and price benchmarking
Requirements
- Strong experience in supplier sourcing, vendor or category management, or procurement
- Hands on doer who personally finds, negotiates, and onboards suppliers
- Practical experience building or managing product or supplier catalogs
- Good knowledge of UAE, KSA, and wider GCC supplier landscape
- Organised and detail driven
- Hands on with AI tools and able to demonstrate working examples
- Based in UAE (Dubai) with willingness to travel across GCC
- Fluent English; Arabic is an advantage

The Role
- You will build and grow our regional supplier network across UAE, KSA, and GCC.
- This is a hands on role: you personally do the sourcing, negotiating, and onboarding.
What you will own
- Source suppliers: find and vet new suppliers across UAE, KSA, and GCC.
- Negotiate, hands dirty: personally secure competitive pricing and terms.
- Onboard suppliers: run supplier onboarding onto METIS end to end.
- Manage catalog creation: own the creation and quality of supplier catalogs.
- Grow the network: expand coverage and depth across the region.
- Manage supplier relationships: keep suppliers active, compliant, and performing.
- Use AI across the workflow: use AI to accelerate supplier discovery, data enrichment, catalog building, and price benchmarking.
What we are looking for
