Responsibilities
- Own the relationship with existing clients and be the trusted partner
- Grow the account by driving more volume and value out of each signed client
- Hunt inside the account to find new categories, sites, and entities
- Run autonomously with minimal supervision after initial introductions
- Bring client needs back into the business to improve service and platform
- Use AI tools to research accounts, prepare for meetings, track opportunities, and personalize outreach
Requirements
- Proven B2B account management or commercial growth experience, ideally in procurement, SaaS, supply chain, or related field
- Self starter who thrives without close supervision
- Strong relationship builder able to navigate from buyer to C suite
- Commercially sharp, comfortable with numbers and value cases
- Hands on with AI tools and able to demonstrate usage
- Based in UAE with strong local market experience
- Fluent English; Arabic is a strong advantage

The Role
- Own existing client relationships and drive growth inside each one.
- Penetrate every layer of the client organization to find and win new opportunities.
- Collaborate with internal teams to translate client feedback into product and process improvements.
What you will own
- Own the relationship and be the trusted partner for existing clients.
- Grow the account by driving significantly more volume and value out of every signed client.
- Hunt inside the account to find new categories, sites, and entities.
- Run autonomously with the background provided on CollectiveSpend, METIS, and each client.
- Be the client's voice and bring client needs back into the business.
- Use AI to scale yourself by building and using AI tools for research, meeting prep, and outreach.
What we are looking for
- Proven B2B account management or commercial growth experience, ideally in procurement, SaaS, supply chain, or related field.
- A self starter who thrives without close supervision and turns a light brief into real results.
- Strong relationship builder who can navigate from buyer to C suite.
- Commercially sharp, comfortable with numbers, savings stories, and value cases.
- Hands on with AI tools and genuinely curious about how to apply them.
- Based in the UAE with strong, current experience of the local market.
- Fluent English; Arabic is a strong advantage.
