Position Overview

Schedule and Workplace

• The schedule is full time.
• The position is located at 3243 Al Salam Street, Jeddah, Saudi Arabia.

Stewarding and Kitchen Support

• Monitor and document water temperatures and chemical levels used for cleaning.
• Assist with banquet plate-ups, cooks' tasks, kitchen support, and the provision of needed items.
• Transport supplies for banquet and buffet operations, maintain adequate stock, and return cleaned items to proper locations.
• Operate and maintain dishwashing machines, hand-wash stations, pot-scrubbing stations, trash compactors, and other cleaning tools.

Supervision and Standards

• Assist management with hiring, training, scheduling, evaluating, counseling, disciplining, motivating, and coaching employees.
• Follow company, safety, and security policies; report accidents, injuries, and unsafe conditions; and complete safety training and certifications.
• Maintain a clean and professional uniform and appearance, protect company assets, and keep proprietary information confidential.
• Welcome and acknowledge guests, address service needs, communicate professionally, and support positive working relationships.
• Ensure adherence to quality expectations and standards and perform other reasonable duties requested by supervisors.

Preferred Qualifications and Physical Demands

• A high school diploma or GED equivalent is preferred.
• At least two years of related work experience is preferred.
• At least one year of supervisory experience is preferred, and no license or certification is specified.
• The role requires moving, lifting, carrying, pushing, pulling, and placing objects weighing up to 50 pounds without assistance.
• The role requires extended standing, sitting, or walking and movement across sloping, uneven, or slippery surfaces.
• The role requires reaching overhead and below the knees, bending, twisting, pulling, and stooping.
