Position Summary
The Loss Prevention Officer protects guests, employees, company assets, and hotel property.
The position is a non-management role in the hotel's Loss Prevention and Security function.

Security Responsibilities
- Patrol all property areas and assist guests with room access.
- Monitor closed-circuit televisions, perimeter alarms, duress alarms, and fire life safety systems.
- Lock entrances when required and conduct daily physical hazard inspections.
- Respond to accidents, contact emergency services, or administer first aid or CPR as required.
- Assist guests and employees during emergencies and notify appropriate personnel about incidents.
- Defuse disturbances, request outside assistance when necessary, and escort unwelcome persons from the property.
