- Direct and assist stewards for efficient cleaning
- Ensure appropriate water temperature and product quantities for cleaning
- Assist with banquet plate setup
- Provide items needed by cooks and kitchen brigade
- Assist during banquets and buffets by transporting items and ensuring sufficient supplies
- Use and maintain cleaning tools and equipment including dishwashers and waste compactors
- Assist management with hiring, training, scheduling, evaluating, and motivating employees
- Follow all safety and security policies; report accidents and unsafe conditions
- Maintain professional appearance and confidentiality
- Move, lift, carry, push, pull, and place objects weighing up to 23 kg

- High school diploma or equivalent
- At least 2 years of related work experience

Job Summary
