Job Summary

  • Direct and assist stewards for more efficient cleaning.
  • Ensure appropriate water temperature and product quantities for cleaning.
  • Assist with banquet plate setup and provide items needed by cooks.
  • Assist during banquets and buffets by transporting items and ensuring sufficient supplies.
  • Use and maintain cleaning tools and equipment including dishwashers and waste compactors.
  • Assist management with hiring, training, scheduling, evaluating, and motivating employees.

Recommended Qualifications

  • High school diploma or equivalent.
  • At least 2 years of related work experience.
  • At least 2 years of supervisory experience.

Additional Information

  • Follow all safety and security policies; report accidents and unsafe conditions.
  • Maintain professional appearance and confidentiality.
  • Develop positive professional relationships with peers.
  • Move, lift, carry, push, pull, and place objects weighing up to 23 kg.
  • Ability to stand, sit, and move for extended periods.
  • Perform all other tasks as assigned.
