Overview
- Check Area readiness before the start of shift
- Check the handover from previous shift and prioritize in alignment with Senior supervisor
- Execute and supervise floor operations in assigned areas (inbound - Unloading/GRN, outbound, returns, quality control).
- Monitor staff productivity against daily benchmarks and discuss variances with team.
- Check that cleanliness is maintained on the floor at all time and inventories are only placed in the designated area
- Monitor associates are coming to work on time during start of shift and post break-times
- Escalate floor issues to the line manager and follow up on resolution.
Key Performance Indicators (Kpis)
- Daily picking, putaway, and receiving productivity vs. benchmark
- SLA monitoring and adherence
- Inventory counts and accuracy target
- Floor area compliance with 5S standards
