- Monitor outlet stock levels and support capacity planning
- Oversee outlet stock clearance and pricing management
- Execute inter store stock write offs and ensure adherence to guidelines
- Manage defective stock write offs and documentation
- Coordinate sample stock movement and write offs
- Maintain and update RMS and Shala price information
- Generate OCV files and support price updates
- Analyze stock data and recommend corrective actions
- Prepare stock analysis reports for Concept Teams
- Manage store requests related to RMS item creation and delivery discrepancies
- Audit stock records between RMS and WMS
Requirements
- Experience in merchandise planning or supply chain
- Proficiency in RMS and WMS systems
- Strong analytical and data analysis skills
- Knowledge of inventory management and stock clearance processes
- Experience with P2P activities and invoice processing

Key Responsibilities
- Monitor RDC stock levels and coordinate with Supply Planning to ensure timely replenishment.
- Monitor outlet stock levels and support capacity planning in collaboration with Supply Planners.
- Oversee outlet stock clearance and pricing management by coordinating stock transfers, markdowns, and inventory liquidation.
- Execute inter store stock write offs and ensure adherence to approval guidelines and system processes.
- Manage sharing, consolidation, and transfer of defective and damaged stocks between stores and RDC.
- Process defective stock write offs, including system entries, documentation, and approvals.
- Coordinate sample stock movement from territories to concept offices, including write offs and documentation.
- Maintain and update RMS and Shala price information, ensuring pricing accuracy across all markets.
- Generate and distribute OCV files and support price updates and data uploads.
- Analyze stock data using floor stock analysis reports, identify gaps, and recommend corrective actions.
- Prepare and share stock analysis reports with Concept Teams to improve inventory efficiency.
- Manage store requests related to RMS item creation and delivery discrepancies.
