Role Overview
Lead daily restaurant or hospitality operations and ensure exceptional guest experiences.
Drive team performance and revenue through strong leadership and hospitality knowledge.
Key Responsibilities
- Supervise day-to-day restaurant or hospitality operations.
- Lead and train service staff to maintain high standards.
- Ensure excellent customer service and guest satisfaction.
- Monitor sales performance and implement upselling strategies.
- Maintain hygiene, safety, and company standards.
- Coordinate with management on operational improvements.
Requirements
- 4–7 years of hospitality experience in a restaurant, café, or hotel.
- Previous supervisory or team leader experience is required.
- Strong knowledge of customer service and upselling techniques.
- Good communication and leadership skills.
- Local availability in Qatar with a transferable QID is preferred.
- Immediate joiners are given priority.
