Role Overview
Lead and oversee security operations across multiple sites in Qatar.
Drive operational excellence, workforce performance, client satisfaction, and business growth.
Security Operations
- Lead and manage day-to-day security operations across assigned sites.
- Develop and implement operational strategies, SOPs, and security standards.
- Manage security teams, manpower planning, deployment, attendance, and performance.
Compliance and Performance
- Ensure compliance with company policies, client requirements, and Qatar regulations.
- Monitor operational KPIs, service quality, incidents, and corrective actions.
- Drive continuous improvement, cost efficiency, and operational effectiveness.
Clients and Site Oversight
- Build strong relationships with clients and key stakeholders.
- Conduct site inspections, risk assessments, and operational audits.
Incident and Team Management
- Manage incidents, investigations, emergency response, and business continuity.
- Coach and develop security supervisors and frontline teams.
- Prepare operational reports, performance dashboards, and management updates.
Role Requirements
- Strong security leadership capability with the ability to drive operational excellence and workforce performance.
- Ability to manage security operations across multiple sites.
- Ability to ensure compliance with company policies, client requirements, and Qatar regulations.
- Ability to manage incidents, investigations, emergency response, and business continuity.
- Ability to build strong relationships with clients and key stakeholders.
