Role Overview
Al Hattab Hospitality is seeking skilled and passionate Baristas to join its growing team.
The role requires a strong background in coffee preparation and excellent customer service skills.
Key Responsibilities
- Prepare and serve hot and cold beverages, including coffee, tea, and specialty drinks.
- Operate coffee machines and ensure quality standards are maintained.
- Provide excellent customer service and create a welcoming atmosphere.
- Maintain cleanliness and hygiene of the work area.
- Handle customer orders and payments efficiently.
Requirements
- At least 3 years of experience as a Barista.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Knowledge of coffee brewing techniques and latte art is advantageous.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
