Key Responsibilities
- Develop new business opportunities for marble, granite, and natural stone projects in Qatar.
- Identify and approach contractors, consultants, developers, interior designers, and project owners.
- Generate project leads and follow up on tenders, enquiries, quotations, and proposals.
- Conduct client meetings and site visits to understand project requirements.
- Coordinate with estimation, design, factory, and project teams to prepare competitive quotations and proposals.
- Negotiate with clients and support successful project closing.
- Maintain client relationships and monitor the sales pipeline and targets.
- Keep updated on market trends, competitors, and upcoming construction and interior projects in Qatar.
Requirements
- 3–5 years of sales experience in marble, granite, natural stone, or construction materials.
- Strong knowledge of the Qatar construction and project market and an established client network.
- Proven track record in project sales and business development.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-management skills.
- A Qatar driving license and transferable QID are preferred.
