About the Role

Responsibilities
- Assist Team Leader in preparation of weekly and daily production plans
- Coordinate with distribution supervisor to maintain daily cylinders production output
- Ensure availability of resources for production plans and prepare daily filling schedules
- Prepare store requisitions and coordinate collection of materials
- Give work instructions to Plant Operators and Forklift Operators
- Ensure cylinders are filled according to technical and safety instructions
- Maintain records of cylinders in production and filling areas
- Coordinate with maintenance for repairs and preventive maintenance
- Prepare daily and monthly reports and reconcile LPG bulk consumed
- Calculate daily efficiency of filling lines and identify bottlenecks
Requirements
- Technical Diploma / Bachelor’s Degree in Mechanical / Electrical or related discipline
- At least 5 years of experience in supervising LPG bottling operations or related Oil and Gas Operations

Job Purpose
- To supervise LPG cylinders production and filling operations, ensure availability of required production levels and to maintain sufficient stocks of cylinders according to scheduled demand.
Key Accountabilities
- Assists Team Leader in preparation of weekly and daily production plans.
- Coordinates with distribution supervisor to ensure daily cylinders production output is maintained.
- Ensures availability of all required resources for execution of production plans.
- Prepares store requisitions according to production levels.
- Gives work instructions to Plant Operators and Forklift Operators.
- Ensures cylinders are filled in accordance with technical and safety instructions.
- Ensures production equipment and machinery is maintained in good operational condition.
- Maintains records of all cylinders in productions and filling areas.
- Prepares daily and monthly reports and reconciles LPG Bulk consumed.
- Calculates daily efficiency of all filling lines.
Qualifications, Experience, Knowledge & Skills
- Technical Diploma / Bachelor’s Degree in Mechanical / Electrical or other related discipline
- At least 5 years of experience in supervising LPG bottling operations or related Oil and Gas Operations.
