Responsibilities
- Manage daily CNG Trailers filling at mother stations and ensure safe transport to daughter stations
- Ensure all safety precautions and work permits are issued before work commencement
- Carry out regular station visits to inspect facilities
- Conduct site training periodically to CNG & Hydrogen filling station fillers and operators
- Maintain safe operation and record all CNG filling and dispatch data
- Initiate corrective action for operation control services as necessary
- Participate in commissioning of new CNG & Hydrogen stations
- Plan, organize, and supervise O&M for all NG activities
- Ensure staff training on safety regulations and emergency procedures
- Prepare monthly and weekly reports and monitor facility performance
Requirements
- Technical Diploma / Bachelor Degree in Mechanical / Electrical or other related discipline
- 5 6 years of experience as Supervisor in managing CNG/NG operations

Job Purpose
- To plan and ensure safe and efficient Operation of facilities in the CNG & Hydrogen filling stations as per standards and Manufacturers recommendations.
- Optimum utilization of available resources – manpower and materials.
- Efficient utilization of CNG Trailer for supply of CNG to daughter stations from CNG mother stations.
CNG Operations
- Manages the daily CNG Trailers filling at mother stations and safety & timely transported to daughter stations.
- Ensures all safety precautions are taken and Work permits are issued.
- Carry out regular stations visit to inspect the facility.
- Conducts site training periodically to all CNG & Hydrogen filling stations fillers and Operators.
- Maintains safe operation of CNG & Hydrogen facility and record all CNG filling and dispatch data.
- Initiates corrective action with respect to operation Control Services.
- Participates in the Commissioning of new CNG & Hydrogen Stations.
Maintenance Management
- Plans, organizes and supervises Operations and Maintenance (O&M) for all NG activities including compressors, dispensers and Trailer & Head.
HSSE and Training Management
- Ensures that all staff is trained on safety regulations, procedures and measures.
- Responsible for coordinating with HSE, instructing and training of Operators, Trailer drivers, Labourers.
- Coordinates with regarding to Quality Assurance matters and maintains all documents according to ISO policies.
Reporting and Performance Management
- Prepares monthly and weekly reports as required and monitor CNG & Hydrogen facilities performance.
Minimum Qualification & Experience
- Technical Diploma / Bachelor Degree in Mechanical / Electrical or other related discipline
- 5 6 years of experience as Supervisor in managing CNG/NG operations.
