Business development role focused on project logistics and special cargo.
The position supports opportunities in energy, infrastructure, heavy engineering, and oil and gas.
Responsibilities
- Collaborate with operations to ensure project feasibility and cost efficiency.
- Develop vendor relationships and pools to improve costing and operational excellence.
- Develop and execute business development strategies for project logistics and special cargo.
- Build a pipeline for project logistics.
- Identify and pursue new clients in target industries.
Requirements and Experience
- Manage end-to-end project logistics for special cargo, including over-dimensional or heavy-lift shipments, from procurement to site installation.
- Demonstrate expertise in selling break-bulk, air freight charters, and tankers.
- Demonstrate expertise in regulatory compliance and permitting for specialized shipments.
- Have a minimum of 5 years of experience.
- Experience with site mobilization, demobilization, commissioning logistics, staging, load-in/load-out sequencing, on-site storage, and reverse logistics is a plus.
- The role is flexible between Jeddah, Riyadh, and Dammam.
