Marine Operations
- Berth, unberth, and shift vessels at the jetty.
- Maintain mooring boats and provide towing operations.
- Secure and replace tyre fenders using chains and shackles with support from cranes, forklifts, and flexi trailers.
- Support vessel repositioning and smooth port operations.
Safety and Equipment
- Ensure marine operations follow safety procedures and HSE requirements.
- Check berths daily for the safety of ships, barges, tugs, dhows, and small craft.
- Order paints, ropes, shackles, and safety accessories for marine and jetty operations.
Team and Terminal Coordination
- Allocate work to mooring staff during 24-hour shift operations.
- Coordinate with the General Cargo and Cruise Terminal on vessel positioning.
- Coordinate marine operation requirements with the Marine Manager.
Role Requirements
- Coordinate vessel mooring, berthing, towing, and related port operations.
- Allocate and supervise mooring staff across 24-hour shift operations.
- Maintain HSE compliance during marine operations.
