The company is seeking an experienced and motivated Real Estate Agent in Dubai.
The role covers residential and commercial property sales and rentals.
The successful candidate should understand the UAE real estate market and build strong client relationships.
Key Responsibilities
- Generate leads and develop new client relationships.
- Assist clients in buying, selling, and renting residential and commercial properties.
- List and market properties through appropriate channels.
- Provide professional property information to clients.
- Understand client requirements and recommend suitable properties.
- Negotiate prices, terms, and contracts between buyers, sellers, landlords, and tenants.
- Follow up with prospective clients and maintain strong customer relationships.
- Stay updated on Dubai real estate market conditions, property prices, and trends.
- Achieve assigned sales and rental targets.
- Coordinate with landlords, buyers, tenants, and internal team members to ensure smooth transactions.
- Maintain accurate records of leads, clients, properties, and transactions.
Requirements
- Experience as a Real Estate Agent.
- Solid knowledge of the UAE real estate market.
- Experience in property sales and rentals.
- Strong communication skills and ability to develop and maintain client relationships.
