About the Role

Responsibilities
- Install, maintain, and perform preventive maintenance on tools, apparatus, and equipment
- Calibrate controls, indicators, gauges, etc.
- Identify, locate, and maintain all shut off valves
- Order, mark, and store parts and supplies as needed
- Manage inventory and purchase order records
- Inspect tools, equipment, or machines
- Operate forklift
- Complete life safety checklist including fire pump and generator tests
- Inspect fire sprinkler valves and alarm systems
- Assist in developing accident/disaster response protocols
- Respond to and resolve guest repair requests
- Assist management in hiring, training, scheduling, evaluating, counseling, disciplining, motivating, and coaching employees
Requirements
- Technical school, trade, or vocational degree
- At least 2 years of related work experience
- At least 2 years of supervisory experience
