- Manage daily shift operations to meet LPG demand.
- Plan, organize and supervise LPG operation activities ensuring HSE compliance.
- Coordinate with departments to ensure daily LPG availability.
- Prepare workplans for operations including manpower and equipment.
- Ensure safety precautions and work permits are issued and followed.
- Conduct training for team on operational procedures.
- Report incidents and hazards to Senior Operations Manager.
- Coordinate maintenance of equipment and trucks.
- Analyze operations and suggest improvements.
- Prepare daily shift reports and monthly/weekly reports.
Requirements
- Experience in LPG or similar operations supervision
- Knowledge of HSE policies and procedures
- Ability to manage shift operations and team
