Supervisor, Internal Communications

Responsibilities:

• Build and manage DigiKey’s internal comm unication s infrastructure: the team, strategy , channels, cadences and best practices for how the company communicates .
• Serve as a strategic communications partner across the business ; triaging and prioritizing company-wide communication requests and partnering with stakeholders to translate complex topics into clear, effective messaging.
• Partner closely with the HR team as a strategic sounding board on sensitive or high-stakes communications .
• Partner with marketing communications teams to keep our internal and external narrative aligned and consistent.
• Evolve DigiKey’s internal comm unication s strategy and toolkit as the company scales, experimenting with new initiative s and channels.
• Measure and iterate on what's working, bringing a data-informed lens to DigiKey’s internal comm unications team .
• Organize and lead communication projects and planning meetings.
• Open to using AI to amplify skills and strengthen work , demonstrating curiosity, a willingness to learn, and sound judgment in applying AI responsibly to improve efficiency and impact.
• This role will report to our Thief River Falls, Minnesota campus a minimum of t hree days per week.

Required Knowledge, Skills, and Experience

• Bachelor’s degree in Communications , Journalism or Marketing
• 3 + years of experience communicating cross-functionally with 1 year of leadership experience
• Excellent storytelling and proofreading skills
• Journalistic writing experience
• Knowledge of DigiKey brand and core values
