- Lead hazard identification (HAZID), Job Safety Analysis (JSA), and toolbox talks
- Ensure emergency response plans, drills, and equipment are in place
- Maintain daily HSE logs, inspection reports, and compliance checklists
Requirements
- Experience in HSE supervision in offshore environments
- Knowledge of international HSE guidelines and local regulations
- Ability to conduct HSE inspections and audits
- Experience with high risk activities (lifting, hot work, confined space, working at height)

Overview
- Responsible for implementing, monitoring, and enforcing Health, Safety, and Environment standards across all project activities in offshore environments.
Responsibilities
- Implement and enforce project HSE plans, procedures, and safe work practices
- Ensure compliance with local regulatory requirements, client standards, and international HSE guidelines
- Conduct routine inspections, audits, and safety walks to identify hazards and unsafe conditions
- Monitor high risk activities such as lifting operations, hot work, confined space entry, working at height, SIMOPS, and vessel operations
- Lead hazard identification (HAZID), Job Safety Analysis (JSA), and toolbox talks
- Ensure emergency response plans, drills, and equipment are in place and functional
- Conduct HSE inductions for new personnel and visitors
- Maintain daily HSE logs, inspection reports, and compliance checklists
- Act as the HSE focal point between project management, construction teams, subcontractors, and offshore operations
