- Supervise daily cinema operations to ensure exceptional guest service and smooth shift execution
- Support the Cinema Manager in all operational areas, including team management, safety, and service delivery
- Lead and motivate the team to achieve performance targets and deliver a high quality guest experience
- Ensure compliance with operational procedures, company policies, and regulatory requirements
- Monitor facility, equipment, and operations to maintain safety, efficiency, and service standards
- Oversee financial processes including cash handling, reporting accuracy, and revenue monitoring
- Support implementation of marketing initiatives and promote the cinema externally
- Act as a key point of contact for customers, resolving issues and ensuring satisfaction
Requirements
- High School Diploma, preferably with additional certification or diploma in a related field
- Minimum 2 years of experience in a supervisory role within the cinema industry
- Strong leadership and team management skills
- Good communication and customer service skills
- Strong organisational and problem solving abilities
- Ability to handle cash management and operational reporting
- Knowledge of cinema operations, food and beverage, and guest services
