- Prepare daily/weekly reports on operations, staff performance, and incidents.
- Handle unexpected challenges such as delays, damages, or staffing issues.
Requirements
- Minimum 0–3 years in moving, logistics, or related supervisory roles
- Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills
- Proficiency in English; Hindi is an advantage
- Diploma or bachelor’s degree in logistics, business, or related field preferred
