We are seeking a Supervisor/Foreman specializing in Interiors and Fit-out to oversee construction activities and interior fit-out projects, ensuring they are completed on time, within budget, and to the highest quality. The role involves organizing day-to-day tasks, managing workers and subcontracto
Role Description
- Oversee construction activities and interior fit-out projects, ensuring they are completed on time, within budget, and to the highest quality.
- Organize day-to-day tasks, manage workers and subcontractors, and maintain safety standards at the site.
- Interpret drawings and specifications, and coordinate with project managers and clients.
- Resolve on-site challenges to ensure seamless project execution.
Qualifications
- 3-5 years of experience in the UAE market
- Strong project management skills, including scheduling, resource allocation, and managing multiple tasks
- Hands-on experience in supervising site workers, subcontractors, and ensuring proper material usage
- Comprehensive knowledge of fit-out materials, finishes, and techniques
- Commitment to upholding health, safety, and compliance standards at project sites
- Excellent problem-solving and decision-making skills in handling on-site challenges
- Effective communication and teamwork skills to liaise with clients, designers, and project managers
- Ability to deliver under tight deadlines while ensuring attention to detail and quality
- Previous experience in interior fit-out, construction, or a related field
- Good physical condition
- Relevant certifications or technical training in construction or interior fit-out management
- Valid UAE driving license (availability of own car will be an advantage)
