Full-time, on-site Supervisor or Foreman role based in Dubai.
The position specializes in interiors and fit-out and supports commercial, retail, and HoReCa projects.
Responsibilities
- Oversee construction activities and interior fit-out projects.
- Ensure projects are completed on time, within budget, and to the required quality standards.
- Organize day-to-day tasks and manage workers and subcontractors.
- Maintain safety standards at the project site.
- Interpret drawings and specifications.
- Coordinate with project managers and clients.
- Resolve on-site challenges to ensure smooth project execution.
Qualifications
- At least 3-5 years of experience as a construction supervisor or foreman in the UAE market.
- Strong project management skills, including scheduling, resource allocation, and managing multiple tasks.
- Hands-on experience supervising site workers and subcontractors and ensuring proper material usage.
- Comprehensive knowledge of fit-out materials, finishes, and techniques.
- Commitment to health, safety, and compliance standards at project sites.
- Excellent problem-solving, decision-making, communication, and teamwork skills.
- Previous experience in interior fit-out, construction, or a related field.
- Good physical condition.
- Relevant construction or interior fit-out certifications or technical training are requested.
- A valid UAE driving license is required; an own car is advantageous.
