Supervise cleaning teams and maintain high cleanliness standards across residential and commercial sites.
The role covers apartments, offices, clinics, and other client locations.
Key Responsibilities
- Supervise and manage cleaners, assign daily tasks, and monitor performance.
- Maintain cleaning standards, hygiene protocols, and safety procedures.
- Inspect apartments, offices, clinics, and other sites regularly.
- Train new staff and guide existing team members.
- Handle client feedback and resolve complaints professionally.
- Maintain cleaning supplies and inventory.
Requirements
- At least 2 years of experience as a Cleaning Supervisor in the UAE.
- Strong leadership and communication skills.
- Ability to manage multiple locations and teams.
- Knowledge of cleaning chemicals, equipment, and safety standards.
- Basic English is required; Arabic is a plus.
- Candidates must currently be available in the UAE.
Pay and Benefits
- Salary is AED 2,500 to AED 3,500 per month, based on experience.
- Accommodation and transport may be provided.
- Visa and medical insurance are offered.
