Location
- The role is based in Dubai, UAE.
- Work location is in person.
Key Responsibilities
- Supervise and manage a team of cleaners.
- Assign daily tasks and monitor performance.
- Maintain cleaning standards and hygiene protocols.
- Inspect apartments, offices, clinics, and other sites.
- Train new staff and guide existing team members.
- Handle client feedback and resolve complaints professionally.
- Maintain cleaning supplies and inventory.
- Ensure safety procedures are followed.
Requirements
- At least 2 years of experience as a Cleaning Supervisor in the UAE.
- Strong leadership and communication skills.
- Ability to manage multiple locations and teams.
- Knowledge of cleaning chemicals, equipment, and safety standards.
- Basic English is required.
- Arabic is an advantage.
- Applicants must currently be available in the UAE.
Salary and Benefits
- Monthly salary is AED 1,800 to AED 2,500, based on experience.
- Accommodation and transport may be provided.
