The role manages cleaning teams and ensures high cleanliness standards across residential and commercial sites.
Location and Work Arrangement
- The position is located in Dubai, UAE.
- Work is performed in person.
Key Responsibilities
- Supervise cleaners, assign daily tasks, and monitor performance.
- Maintain cleaning standards and hygiene protocols across multiple sites.
- Inspect apartments, offices, clinics, and other locations regularly.
- Train new staff and guide existing team members.
- Handle client feedback and resolve complaints professionally.
- Maintain cleaning supplies and inventory.
- Ensure safety procedures are followed at all times.
Requirements
- At least 2 years of experience as a Cleaning Supervisor in the UAE.
- Strong leadership and communication skills.
- Ability to manage multiple locations and teams.
- Knowledge of cleaning chemicals, equipment, and safety standards.
- Basic English is required; Arabic is an advantage.
- Candidates must currently be available in the UAE.
Salary and Benefits
- The listed salary range is AED 1,800 to AED 2,500 based on experience.
- A separate pay listing states AED 2,300 to AED 2,500 per month.
- Accommodation and transport may be provided if applicable.
