The employer is seeking an experienced Cleaning Supervisor to manage cleaning teams and maintain high cleanliness standards across residential and commercial sites in Dubai, UAE.
The role requires leadership, attention to detail, and experience supervising cleaning staff.
Key Responsibilities
- Supervise cleaners, assign daily tasks, and monitor performance.
- Maintain cleaning standards and hygiene protocols across apartments, offices, clinics, and other sites.
- Train new staff and guide existing team members.
- Handle client feedback and resolve complaints professionally.
- Maintain cleaning supplies and inventory.
- Ensure safety procedures are followed at all times.
Requirements
- Minimum two years of experience as a Cleaning Supervisor in the UAE.
- Strong leadership and communication skills.
- Ability to manage multiple locations and teams.
- Knowledge of cleaning chemicals, equipment, and safety standards.
- Basic English proficiency is required.
- Arabic proficiency is a plus.
Salary and Benefits
- The listed salary is AED 1,800–2,500 per month based on experience.
- Additional pay information lists AED 2,300–2,500 per month.
