About the Job

  • Oversee daily operations of the costume and wardrobe department, ensuring efficient laundry, maintenance, and distribution of uniforms and costumes.
  • Supervise wardrobe team members, including attendants, seamstresses, and support staff, to maintain performance and service standards.
  • Coordinate with the Assistant Manager on daily operations, processes, and policy implementation.
  • Manage costume inventory systems, ensuring accurate tracking, maintenance, and timely replenishment.
  • Oversee costume maintenance, repairs, and quality checks to ensure all garments meet presentation and performance standards.
  • Coordinate with internal teams and external vendors to support wardrobe operations and procurement requirements.
  • Monitor third party laundry services, ensuring quality control and accurate billing reconciliation.
  • Support seasonal event planning through inventory preparation, procurement, and operational readiness.
  • Ensure compliance with safety standards and maintain a safe working environment.
  • Maintain accurate documentation for inventory, repairs, transactions, and operational activities.

About You Essential

  • High School Diploma.
  • Minimum 3 years’ experience in wardrobe or costume departments within theme parks, live entertainment, theatre, or similar environments.
  • Minimum 2 years’ experience in a supervisory role within wardrobe or costume operations.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to manage teams effectively.
  • Knowledge of costume handling, sewing, fittings, and wardrobe operations.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook, PowerPoint).
  • Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage inventory and operations efficiently.
  • Flexibility to work shifts and meet physical job requirements.

Desired

  • Experience with procurement processes and vendor coordination.
  • Knowledge of UAE based suppliers and vendors.
  • Experience working with procurement or finance teams.
  • Valid driver’s licence.
  • Experience working in large scale entertainment or theme park environments.
