Responsibilities
- Supervise and coordinate daily aircraft and engine maintenance activities
- Plan and allocate workloads to meet operational priorities and turnaround times
- Ensure compliance with technical manuals, SOPs, customer and safety requirements
- Oversee inspections, repairs, testing, troubleshooting, and documentation
- Monitor work orders, schedules, and maintenance performance
- Lead, coach, and develop supervisors and technicians
- Run daily production meetings and toolbox talks
- Control tools, equipment, and maintenance records
- Identify process improvements and resolve technical issues
- Uphold quality, environmental, and H&S standards
- Act as Operations Manager when required
Requirements
- Technical aircraft/engine diploma or Level 9 Certified Technician
- 5+ years’ experience in aircraft/engine MRO, assembly, overhaul, testing, or supervision
- Proven experience supervising technicians in an aviation maintenance environment
- Strong knowledge of maintenance processes and technical documentation
- Experience with workload planning and production control
- Strong leadership, organisation, and problem solving skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office
- Strong written/spoken English (IELTS 5.5+ or equivalent)

Role Summary
- We are hiring an experienced Supervisor – AC & Engines to lead aircraft and engine maintenance within a busy MRO environment.
- Reporting to the Operations Manager (Airframe), you’ll ensure safe, efficient, and compliant delivery across overhaul, repair, testing, and production activities.
Key Responsibilities
- Supervise and coordinate daily aircraft and engine maintenance activities
- Plan and allocate workloads to meet operational priorities and turnaround times
- Ensure compliance with technical manuals, SOPs, customer and safety requirements
- Oversee inspections, repairs, testing, troubleshooting, and documentation
- Monitor work orders, schedules, and maintenance performance
- Lead, coach, and develop supervisors and technicians
- Run daily production meetings and toolbox talks
- Control tools, equipment, and maintenance records

Required Qualifications

- Military aircraft maintenance experience
- Knowledge of engine prep, testing, and preservation
- Experience driving continuous improvement
- Familiarity with Oracle maintenance systems
