- Diagnose and resolve hardware, software, and network related issues
- Install, configure, maintain, and update operating systems and standard applications
- Monitor system performance and support system availability and security
- Maintain IT documentation, procedures, and compliance requirements
- Support local and regional IT projects as required
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure effective IT service delivery
- Respond to user requests and provide high quality customer support
Requirements
- Minimum 6 years of experience in IT support or similar technical support role
- AA/AS degree, technical diploma, or equivalent technical training
- Strong troubleshooting and problem solving skills
- Good English communication skills, both written and verbal
- Ability to work effectively with multinational teams
- Customer focused approach with strong interpersonal skills
- Candidates currently based in the UAE are preferred
