Overview
- You will serve as the first point of contact for WMS-related issues, help resolve system and process gaps, and support users on the warehouse floor.
- The role also includes delivering training, assisting with system enhancements, and driving continuous improvements to improve efficiency and data accuracy.
- Basic to strong understanding of WMS processes (Inbound, Outbound, Inventory)
- Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
- Ability to support and train users on system usage
- Comfortable working with data and reports (Excel required; Power BI or SQL is a plus)
- Good communication skills and ability to work with cross-functional teams
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced retail environment
