Responsibilities
- Manage and supervise maintenance activities for HV/EHV substations and associated transmission assets
- Plan and execute preventive, predictive, and corrective maintenance programs
- Ensure safe operation and reliability of transformers, switchgear, circuit breakers, protection relays, and control systems
- Coordinate outage schedules and maintenance shutdown activities with stakeholders
- Monitor equipment performance and implement reliability improvement initiatives
- Lead troubleshooting and root cause analysis of electrical faults and equipment failures
- Ensure compliance with SEC standards, company procedures, and HSE requirements
- Manage maintenance teams, contractors, and subcontractors on site
- Review maintenance reports, technical documentation, and performance KPIs
- Support commissioning, testing, and energization activities
- Optimize maintenance costs while maintaining system reliability and availability
Requirements
- Experience managing and supervising maintenance activities for HV/EHV substations
- Knowledge of preventive, predictive, and corrective maintenance programs
- Ability to ensure safe operation and reliability of transformers, switchgear, circuit breakers, protection relays, and control systems
- Experience coordinating outage schedules and maintenance shutdowns
- Ability to lead troubleshooting and root cause analysis of electrical faults
- Familiarity with SEC standards, company procedures, and HSE requirements
- Experience managing maintenance teams, contractors, and subcontractors
