Requirements
- Bachelor's degree from an accredited university (or high school diploma with equivalent experience)
- Basic experience in the function (as per original German description)
- Very good oral and written communication skills
- Strong social skills and leadership qualities
- Ability to work independently
- Strong problem solving skills

Job Description Summary
- All resources and logistics necessary to perform service and maintenance activities at customer sites/properties.
- Activities help maintain, repair, and refurbish sold or existing products.
- Includes all types of maintenance services (preventive and corrective), management of maintenance facilities, and field engineering.
- Influences quality of own work and work of others in the team.
- Performs standard operational/technical tasks typically subject to instructions and workflows.
Rollen und Verantwortlichkeiten
- All activities related to testing and validation of equipment, installation, or plant according to design objectives or operational use specifications. Includes performance services, performance tests.
- Expanding knowledge of own technical discipline to implement policy/strategy. May include support roles with specialized technical knowledge area; ongoing acquisition of higher level knowledge and skills.
- Basic understanding of key business drivers; uses this understanding to perform own work. Good knowledge of how own team's work integrates with other teams and contributes to the area.
- May have some autonomy to make decisions within a defined framework. Solves problems in situations requiring good technical knowledge and judgment within established procedures. Consults higher level team members for issues outside defined instructions/parameters.
- A position at this level requires good interpersonal skills and may be necessary to lead a junior team. For customer oriented roles, develops strong customer relationships and serves as interface between customer and GE Vernova. Explains technical information to others.
Grundqualifikationen
- This role requires basic experience. Knowledge level comparable to a bachelor's degree from an accredited university or college (or high school diploma with equivalent experience).
