- Provide technical leadership and serve as interface to bid management, cost estimation, partners, customers, GE Vernova Product Engineering, procurement, and engineering subcontractors
- Develop expertise in own discipline; serve as resource for best practices/quality
- Contribute to strategy and policy development and ensure implementation in area of responsibility
- Use judgment to make decisions or solve moderately complex tasks or problems in operations/product management, manufacturing, technology, or engineering
- Use technical experience and expertise for data analysis to support recommendations
- Serve as resource for colleagues with less experience; may lead small projects with moderate risks and resource requirements
- Explain difficult or confidential information; work to build consensus; develop persuasion skills to influence others on topics within the field
Requirements
- Extensive experience; knowledge level comparable to a bachelor's degree from an accredited university or college
- Excellent oral and written communication skills
