In this role, the Subcontract Program Manager will lead a global supply‑chain team that drives the development, deployment, and continuous improvement of acceleration‑strategy initiatives across Munition Acceleration Programs.
The role will partner with program global supply chain and cross functional teams to ensure a holistic, standardized approach to munition acceleration.
• Define, prioritize, and govern acceleration‑strategy road‑maps for munition programs. Align supply‑chain acceleration initiatives with overall program objectives and senior‑leadership vision. Champion a culture of best‑practice sharing and continuous improvement across global teams.
• Lead the selection, customization, and rollout of supply‑chain tools. Ensure consistent usage, training, and data integrity across sites and subcontractors. Maintain a central repository of templates, SOPs, and lessons learned.
• Establish a unified risk‑identification and mitigation framework. Drive proactive risk assessments, contingency planning, and escalation processes. Monitor key risk indicators.
• Design and execute change‑management plans for new processes, tools, and organizational structures. Facilitate stakeholder engagement, communication, and training to ensure smooth transitions.
• Build, mentor, and retain a high‑performing global supply‑chain team. Identify skill gaps, provide coaching, and promote professional development pathways.

Full-Time Salary Range: $129000.00 - $239600.00
