Basic Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, or related field (Master’s preferred).
• ≥ 10 years of progressive supply‑chain or program‑management experience in defense or aerospace.
• Demonstrated ability to influence senior leadership and external partners. Excellent written and verbal communication; ability to convey complex concepts to diverse audiences.

Desired Skills

• Prior exposure to munition‑specific programs.
• Expertise in supply‑chain tools
• Familiarity with DoD acquisition processes, FAR/DFARS compliance, and subcontractor management.
