Who You Are Global Supply Chain Management, Subcontract Program Management, Senior Staff What You Will Be Doing The Subcontract Program Management - Senior Staff position, manages supply chain teams overseeing subcontractors or critical subcontracted systems for all contract types and programs, ensuring compliance with contractual requirements and company policies. Directs and manages all costs, quality, schedule, financial, and technical performance requirements that are levied on the subcontractor or the product family and is required to ensure performance and support of the contract milestones of the system. Develops sourcing and subcontract program management strategic plans that address overall program capture needs, execution, and risk management. Acts as the main focal point to the subcontractor and program management office. Responsible for and directs all phases of the subcontract from initiation of the business case for make or buy decisions through requests for proposals, transition to program startup, subcontract management plans, negotiation strategy, cost accountability, program execution, and contract closeout. Makes informed decisions affecting the performance of the subcontractor. Establishes milestone objectives to manage performance to committed schedules and contractual specifications. Leads a cross-functional team, normally composed of engineers, quality, and procurement personnel, to ensure successful subcontract execution and program delivery.

Demonstrated knowledge and application of:

Leading supply chain professionals, including material program managers/integrators and/or buyers

Developing long-term strategies (i.e. financial planning, leading a team, corrective action, process improvements (White, Green, or Black Belt))

Managing procurement activity including:

Supply chain management

Competitive vs. single/sole sourcing

Program management including:

Preparing estimates, spend plans, and managing budgets for material and service acquisitions

Contributing to design of a program’s integrated master schedule, specifically supply chain/procurement tasks, span time, and interdependence

Bachelor's degree from an accredited college, or at least 10 years of professional experience in a Supply chain management related field.

Experience with:

Program startup or program restart

Supply chain early engagement and integration within a program

Writing subcontract management plans

Experience working in SAP as well as supply chain systems, tools and analytics

5th and 6th Generation Fighter Mission Systems design / development, including Diminishing Manufacturing Sources (DMS) planning, and understanding impacts of DMS to an air vehicle

Programs with:

Earned Value (EV) requirements

Integrated master schedules (IMS)

Pay Information

Full-Time Salary Range: $129000.00 - $239600.00

For (Washington state applicants only) Non-represented full-time employees: accrue at least 10 hours per month of Paid Time Off (PTO) to be used for incidental absences and other reasons; receive at least 90 hours for holidays. Represented full time employees accrue 6.67 hours of Vacation per month; accrue up to 52 hours of sick leave annually; receive at least 96 hours for holidays. PTO, Vacation, sick leave, and holiday hours are prorated based on start date during the calendar year.
