We're seeking a highly skilled and motivated System Integration Business Analyst to join our dynamic team supporting the 1LMX (One Lockheed Martin) Transformation program. This role is scoped on a 4x10 schedule, and is also a Full-Time Telecommute (Remote) role, although preference is for candidates in close proximity to a major Lockheed Martin facility.
Participates with customers to formulate and implement enterprise-wide business, organization and information technology strategies. Work with customers to help conceptualize means to apply information technology as a strategic asset. Involved in the process of designing and delivering integrated business and information solutions to support the enterprise's accomplishment of business goals.
Basic Qualifications
- - US Citizenship is required for this role - In-depth knowledge of SAP ECP modules, including Payroll processing and configuration, Payroll rules and regulations, reporting and analytics with an emphasis on time and leave - Experience in SAP ECP implementation, configuration, testing, and deployment (e.g. SAP GUI, Eclipse, etc.) - Experience with business process re-engineering and optimization - Experience working with cross-functional teams, including IT, HR, and payroll
