Job Overview
- Wood is seeking a Study Manager to lead pre FEED phases of energy projects in Abu Dhabi.
- The role involves commercial and client stakeholder management for pre feasibility, concept, feasibility, and pre FEED phases.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage and lead the project team to achieve HSE, schedule, cost, and quality requirements.
- Develop techno economic solutions for clients and present to stakeholders.
- Develop compelling and competitive proposals for clients.
- Interface with multi disciplinary subject matter experts and consultants.
- Challenge the status quo and support team growth.

Skills and Qualifications
- Degree qualified in a relevant Engineering or Science Discipline.
- Commercial awareness of project delivery.
- Experience in pre FEED phases (pre feasibility, concept, feasibility, pre FEED etc).
- Experienced in chairing meetings and facilitating workshops.
- Capable of motivating and leading multi disciplined and multi cultural teams.
- Ability to develop compelling proposals including manhour, execution strategy, and schedule.
- Familiarity with New Energies sectors (hydrogen, ammonia, carbon capture, industrial decarbonization) is desirable.
