- Support day to day departmental operations through administrative, analytical, and coordination tasks
- Assist in preparing reports, trackers, and dashboards while ensuring data accuracy and completeness
- Contribute to periodic activities such as month end processes, performance tracking, or project follow ups
- Collect, organize, and validate data to support analysis, reporting, and decision making processes
- Collaborate with cross functional teams to follow up on tasks, action plans, and deliverables
- Maintain proper documentation and ensure adherence to internal policies, procedures, and controls
- Provide support on ad hoc assignments, research tasks, and continuous improvement initiatives
Requirements
- Currently enrolled in a Bachelor’s degree program in a relevant field (e.g., Business Administration, Finance, Accounting, Engineering, Law, or related discipline)
- Expected graduation within the next 1–2 years
- Strong academic performance and willingness to learn in a professional environment
- Basic proficiency in Microsoft Office tools, particularly Excel and PowerPoint
- Good organizational skills with attention to detail and ability to manage multiple tasks
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Proactive mindset with a willingness to support team activities and take initiative
