Role Summary

  • The Senior Digital Marketing Specialist is responsible for executing and optimizing integrated digital marketing campaigns that drive customer acquisition, engagement, website and store traffic, and online conversions.
  • Working within a data driven team, the role collaborates closely with cross functional stakeholders to align digital marketing initiatives with business objectives.

ROLE PROFILE

  • Plan, launch, manage, and optimize end to end paid digital marketing campaigns across Google Ads (Search, Shopping, Performance Max, Display, YouTube), Meta, TikTok, and Snapchat.
  • Monitor and optimize campaign performance through bid management, audience segmentation, creative testing, budget allocation, and performance analysis.
  • Manage and maintain Google Merchant Center and Meta Product Catalogues, ensuring accurate product feeds, attribute mapping, and data quality.
  • Implement, monitor, and troubleshoot tracking and measurement frameworks using Google Tag Manager, GA4, and advertising platforms.
  • Execute on page and technical SEO initiatives, including metadata optimization, structured data implementation, internal linking, and Core Web Vitals monitoring.
  • Collaborate with Online Trade, Brand Marketing, Content, and Creative teams to develop, review, and optimize digital campaigns and creative assets.
  • Maintain effective campaign governance through standardized account structures, naming conventions, process documentation, and budget management.
  • Leverage AI, automation, and data driven insights to streamline marketing operations and enhance campaign execution.

REQUIREMENTS

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Advertising, Communications, or a related field; professional certifications in Digital Marketing, Google Ads, or social media platforms are an advantage.
  • 3–4 years of experience in performance or growth marketing within the eCommerce or retail industry.
  • Strong hands on expertise in Google Ads, Meta, TikTok, and Snapchat advertising platforms, supported by proficiency in Google Analytics 4 (GA4), campaign reporting, and data analysis.
  • Solid understanding of digital marketing performance metrics, including CTR, CPC, CPI, CPA, and ROAS.
  • Excellent communication, analytical, organizational, and collaboration skills.
  • Demonstrates a customer centric, results driven, and innovative mindset.
