Role Summary
- The Associate Manager – Campaign will drive successful execution of marketing campaigns, partnering with the Director – Digital Marketing to ensure initiatives are delivered accurately, on time, and with excellence.
ROLE PROFILE
- Lead end to end campaign execution across digital and offline channels.
- Coordinate cross functional stakeholders including Retail Operations, E commerce, CRM, Performance Marketing, Creative teams, Commercial teams, and external agencies.
- Manage campaign planning and governance, maintaining detailed workback schedules, campaign trackers, approvals, timelines, dependencies, and risk mitigation plans.
- Oversee campaign asset deployment and quality assurance.
- Serve as the central point of coordination, proactively driving stakeholder alignment.
- Support campaign measurement and reporting by developing briefs and preparing post campaign analyses.
- Drive process excellence and continuous improvement by enhancing templates, SOPs, and workflows.
- Contribute to team performance and capability building.
