- Plan and deliver engaging social, cultural, sports and wellbeing events
- Build a welcoming and inclusive student community
- Increase resident engagement and participation
- Organise student onboarding and community initiatives
- Develop partnerships with universities, student clubs and local businesses
- Coordinate event logistics, budgets and suppliers
- Collect resident feedback and continuously improve the student experience
- Support marketing by creating engaging event content and community stories
Requirements
- 3–5 years' experience in events, hospitality, community management or student services
- Excellent communication and organisational skills
- Creative, proactive and highly organised
- Experience working in multicultural environments
- Fluent in English
